TRANSFORMATION...

There are several things you will need to do to cause the transformation you are looking for.  You want to look great, you want to be buff, you want others to notice all your hard work.  So where do you start?

(1)  Clothing - Everyone is use to what you look like and how you dress.  You don't need to change your style completely, but let's be real.  You have started to wear things that are larger to hide your size, you started to not care about style you care about price.  Remember, slight changes will give others something to notice your change.  As they notice the slight changes they will will look closer to see the other changes that are taking place, ie, weight loss, toning, etc.  Don't buy tight fitting clothing, but buy clothing that you will fit better in as you transform.

(2) Color - Don't be a Ghost!  As you have seen in every commercial for weight loss EVER, the After picture the person is darker, more tan.  Darker skin tents to show more definition, why do you think body builders tan before competetion?  They are as dark as they can get, some are verging on black...but it makes their body look great as each muscle group pops out at the judges.  There are several ways to gain color and we will discuss them later in depth.

(3) Attitude - You need to reflect what you want others to see.  You want a smiley, happy, self worthy personna.  You want others to look at you and say WOW!
